History & Location
The house was built in 1881 as the parsonage for the Presbyterian Church down the lane
when Rev. Woodbridge was pastor. The Huttons are the 4th family to own the property.
Either the Woodbridges or the Goodrichs, the second owners, christened it "Cricket Hill."
In 2005, the Huttons purchased Cricket Hill from the Swartz's, who had owned it since the 1940's.
The Huttons have made a number of improvements to the property. In addition to refurbishing the kitchen,
family room, bedrooms and baths, they have installed a 16' x 32' swimming pool and a year-round hot tub.
